1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildRight Depot’s website (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to availability and verification of information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspicious activity).
  • After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. This email is not a contract but a confirmation of order receipt.
  • Custom-sized or special-order products require a 10% non-refundable deposit (paid at delivery) to secure production.

3. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

  • We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. No other payment methods (credit cards, checks, money orders) are available.
  • Full payment in cash must be provided to the delivery driver upon receipt of goods. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation, and no delivery will be made.
  • Delivery fees are included in the total order price displayed at checkout. No additional fees are due at delivery unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery & Inspection

  • Delivery times are estimated (2-4 business days for local orders) and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You must inspect goods at delivery. Report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies to the driver immediately and provide photos as evidence. Failure to do so may invalidate warranty or refund claims.
  • If you are unavailable to accept delivery, we will attempt re-delivery within 48 hours. A third failed delivery will result in order cancellation, with a 15% restocking fee deducted from any future order credits.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible returns (unused, unopened, undamaged products) must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer support to initiate a return.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for returning goods to our warehouse (shipping costs not included).
  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or cash (arranged with support) within 5-7 business days of returned product inspection. Custom or special-order products are non-refundable.

6. Product Information & Warranty

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specs, and images, but we do not warrant that information is error-free. Minor variations (e.g., color, texture) may occur due to product batches.
  • Most products come with manufacturer warranties. Contact us for warranty details or to file a claim. We are not liable for damages from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information (name, address, phone number) when placing orders. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.
  • You may not use the Site for unauthorized or illegal purposes (e.g., fraud, misrepresentation). We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal data (name, contact info, order history) is protected per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
  • By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • BuildRight Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, project delays) arising from product use or order issues.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the total order price.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our primary distribution center is located. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or small claims court.
